Samhain - dia de muertos ceremony
Monday, November 2nd - 6:30 - 8:30pm
Welcome Sister, take your seat in the Circle
Samhain (traditionally held on Nov 1st) marks the end of the harvest season and the beginning of Winter. A time when the veil between the worlds of the living and the dead merge.
Dia de Muertos (the Day of the Dead) is celebrated in Mexico on November 2nd to honor, remember and commune with the friends and family who have passed to another realm.
Within our Menstrual and Life cycles, this point in time mirrors the transition to our menstrual phase (right before we bleed) or to our post-menopase phase. In both cases, it is our passage into our Wise Woman or Grandmother phase, a liminal space when we are most able to to connect with Spirit.
JOIN US in circle to remember ancestors, friends & family who have transitioned, honour their life and welcome their presence/wisdom, through the practice of Authentic Movement, conscious sharing, ritual & ceremony.
Monday, November 2nd - 6:30 - 8:30pm
