What is Aging?

Join us this new Moon to talk about … aging … The process of growing old. What does it mean for you?

After an embodied exercise to hear from your body what it means for you to grow old(er), we’ll watch “Advanced Style” by Lina Plioplyte, to look how these gorgeous New York women show their individualistic style and youthful spirit as they embark on the inevitable journey of aging.

Bring comfy clothes, snacks to share and a cushion if you so wish (we’ll be sitting on the floor).
